Description

Grand Vitara is a copy of the right-hand drive counterpart Escudo. In Japan, this car was very popular due to the value for money. The car is available in three- and five-door versions, and even the wheelbase is different.

They were equipped with gasoline engines J20A (2.0 l, 128 hp) and more powerful H25A (2.5 V6, 144 hp). There is also an RFM diesel unit (2.0 HDi, 87 hp) from the Mazda diesel engine family. Engine options from PSA concern Peugeot Citroen — with code RHZ or RHW (2.0 HDi, 109 hp). Transmission either automatic transmission or manual transmission.
